The River Club of Mequon is comprised of three distinct nines that provide an abundance of beauty and plenty of challenges amidst the southeastern Wisconsin scenery. Built in 1963, it was these 338 acres of elegant terrain that allowed original course designer David Gill, with recent upgrades from architect Bob Lohman, to incorporate water, rolling grasslands, and fairway-tightening timber into an enjoyable and stimulating test of golf for players of all skill levels. Four sets of tees help to promote parity and add enjoyment in every round of golf. In addition to an exquisite 27-hole golf course, The River Club features six tennis courts, as well as a huge pool with a spectacular Technicolor Splash pad with 32 fountains and geysers, and newly constructed cabanas. The Club's fine dining restaurant, the Aftermath, offers comfortable seating, a brick fireplace, multiple flat-screen TVs, and a multitude of food and beverage options. With a new outdoor patio featuring gas fire pits, dining can be enjoyed outside, even during the cold Wisconsin weather.
