Billy Knight

Billy Knight joined Heritage in April 2025 as Vice President of Acquisitions, bringing more than 20 years of expertise in the club industry. Before joining Heritage, Billy held executive leadership roles, including Vice President of Golf and Resort Properties - Capital Markets at CBRE, Vice President of Corporate Development at Invited (Formerly ClubCorp), and Director of Business Development at Sequoia Golf Holdings.

Throughout his career Billy has been directly involved in over $600 million in golf and country club transactions. He is a frequent speaker at industry events such as the Golf Inc. Strategies Summit and contributor to industry publications.
