Birdies for the Brave is a nationwide program launched by the U.S. Department of Defense that generates financial support for our military and their families, and communicates that support to members of our Armed Forces at home and abroad.

Since 2008, Heritage Golf Group golf properties have raised over $2.1 million in support of Birdies for the Brave. Birdies for the Brave is one of the primary beneficiaries of Heritage Golf Group’s philanthropic endeavors. Heritage Golf Group, Inc. and the Heritage Golf Group Collection of Clubs are once again collaborating to raise funds throughout 2013 for military homefront groups as part of PGA TOUR Charities, Inc.'s Birdies for the Brave program.  Funds will be raised during charity golf tournaments, silent auctions, and accompanying fundraising activities conducted at Heritage Golf Group’s collection of premier clubs nationwide.
